6️⃣ Size Set
(Optional) We create a graded size set to confirm fit across your full size range before bulk production.
7️⃣ Production Authorisation
Once all approvals are complete, your production slot is booked and materials are ordered.
8️⃣ Production
Full bulk production begins, following your approved specifications with strict quality control throughout.
9️⃣ QC & Dispatch
A final inspection is completed, your order is professionally packed, and global shipping is arranged.
